Was this video made especially for the web, or is such a game broadcast on TV in Japan ? If so, it's the craziest thing I've ever seen

The language is Japanese but the video was made for the net. This sort of stuff is generally not available and certainly not on tv. Japan is a very conservative country.
The writing at the end says, "some catch" which makes no sense at all....?????

The kanji (Chinese characters) say 'Ku chu' which means 'in the air or in the sky'.
So......I'm not entirely useless then.....
